Which came first, the chicken or the egg? For us, it's the chicken, and on Easter
Saturday 4th April you can join us in our Easter Chick Hunt.

Yes, 10 chicks have invaded the museum, they're all here somewhere among our
displays, but can you find them all?

Call in to the museum on Saturday to take part in our Great Easter Chick Hunt.

Guitar HeroesOn Saturday 19 December 2009 we held our second Christmas games day, our first in our new home at Theatre Square. Some of the machines in use were Commodore 64, Wii, XBox, Spectrum, Gameboy, Dreamcast and Saturn. Games included Santa Claus Saves the Earth, Holiday Lemmings, The Snowman, The Grinch, and Polar Express. Younger visitors hunted through our displays to find the hidden Santas, and drew their favourite games characters.

Two of our volunteers are battling it out as Guitar Heroes.

We are delighted to announce that the Museum will be reopening on Saturday 8th August in Swindon town centre. Our volunteers are now hard at working transforming what was previously retail units into one of the most exciting and original venues in Swindon. The museum will be located at 6-7 Theatre Square, a section of the town that has been designated a cultural area in Swindon's regeneration plan. We are very grateful to Swindon Borough Council for making these premises available and to all the people who have worked so hard to make this happen.
