On Saturday 11th December 2010, we combined the two things we really love, LEGO^® and computer gaming!

The highlight of the day was making a giant mosaic of Super Mario from nearly 9000 LEGO tiles!  We had an incredibly busy day with people helping to make the mosaic and also guess the number of white tiles used.  As well as this, there were a chance to make your own games characters from LEGO bricks and a Mindstorms Robotics programming workshop.
Some of the LEGO computer games we played included Indiana Jones, Star Wars and LEGO Racers.

It was such a successful event that we are planning to make this an annual event, it´s going to be bigger and better next year!
